faq

how much is shipping?

there is currently a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders under $50. orders over $50, ship for free. 

 

how soon will my order ship?

most orders ship between 1-3 business days from order date, and are shipped via usps priority mail with transit time ranging from 1-5 days. if you need expedited shipping, please contact us at hello@shazzashop.com with your request. 

 

how will i know when my order has shipped?

once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

what if an item is out of stock?

we do our best to ensure that items listed for sale on our site are available for quick shipment. however, if an item does sell out, we will notify you promptly upon receipt of your order. we will work as quickly as possible to get the item back in stock, and communicate timing and updated shipping information to you.

 

can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?

yes. just enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. if you would like to include a message with your gift, please do so at checkout. receipts are never included with any gift orders.

 

what is your return policy?

we want you to be happy with your order! if there is an issue with an item, or you want to request an exchange or return, please notify us at hello@shazzshop.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. all returned items must be in the original packaging and returned to shazza shop. shipping information will be provided in an authorization email.

 

  • any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.

  • returned items must be authorized in advance by email at hello@shazzashop.com. failure to obtain proper authorization will delay processing.

  • there are no exchanges or refunds for used merchandise or final sale items.

  • if you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. we will be happy to send a replacement.

  • shipping charges will apply to all exchanges other than defective items.

 

do you ship outside of the u.s.?

unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

we do not sell or give out any information you provide us. you can review our complete privacy policy here.

 

is my credit card information protected?

absolutely. all transactions are secure and encrypted and we do not store any of your payment information.

 

what types of payments do you accept?

we accept all major credit cards - visa, mastercard, american express and discover. you can also pay using paypal.

can i use your product images for my blog?

yes, you can. however, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website. we appreciate and are excited about any and all blogs that choose to feature shazzashop.com and our products!

 

is everything color correct on your website?

we have made every effort to accurately display our product and their colors on our website. however, please note that colors vary slightly due to the monitor they are viewed on.
